"It was like staying at a children’s holiday camp. No idea where to go when you arrive. Short hours in the restaurant. Children running up and down the corridors - great if that’s what you’re there for, but not if you expect a hotel stay! The grounds and buildings are beautiful, but it needs a clearer explanation of what you are going to."

"We will definitely stay here again, room was a little cold but we didn’t go and ask anyone to change anything, the only gripe i would have is paying to park, only £6 I know but to shop the parking is free at the centre but had to park to stay at hotel."

"Unnecessary and ineffective electronic check in systems near pointless, helpfully a member of staff appears like Mr Ben, so very helpful indeed, but why the nonsense in the first place? Ditto on exit, need a human to get the invoice. Noisy overnight, many emergency vehicle sirens at different points. Food ok but expensive £8.50 for a portion of onion rings. Room sparse but comfy, all round average"
