"Everything was great"

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was ideal if you plan on doing lots of walking or using Penn Station. One elevator only worked part time. The other was not always consistent or the wait time was very long. "

"Did not have any pets - first time staying here and it will be the last one - not because of anything that happened, it is just that this hotel it’s not to my standards - my fault. "

"Hotel Hayden is in serious need of renovations. WiFi was slow and spotty, carpets worn, closet doors missing, drawers broken, mini fridge iced over, My room was broiling hot in Spring (despite having the AC on) and my friend's was freezing (despite having the heat on) and the elevator had a mind of it's own. The best things I can say are that the staff was really nice and the rooms were pretty clean."

"The hotel is in a great location and has a lot of charm and character. There is a free breakfast but we only had the coffee which was terrible. The food did look fresh and delicious though. The beds in the room we had are old and could use some updating but the room was clean and was fine because we didn't spend a ton of time in it. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful which made some of the not so great parts tolerable. If you plan to spend little time in your room this is a solid option."

She followed through on the details and kindness to our needs. Above our expectations. Thank-you! The Kimpton properties are pleasant We also enjoyed the restaurants of the hotel. Same pleasantries and professionalism .They also accommodated visitors and patrons who were not Hotel Guest. Overall a most pleasant stay. "
