"The staff was rude. There was really gross leftover food in our fridge when we arrived. The towels were dirty upon arrival and then they charged us $2 for a wash towel. The parking is inconvenient. I would not stay there again. "

"The entire stay was extremely easy! Our valet (James) was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure our car was taken care of and we were comfortable. "

"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

"Location was good. Older hotel. Can hear conversations in hallway and next door. Luke warm water for showers in busy morning time. No housekeeping during your stay. "

Our plans had changed and staff did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by providing nearby alternatives. We would absolutely stay again. "

"The Steam Plant Hotel is a good place to stay. However, the breakfast didn't meet me expectations of what a 'breakfast included' should be. It wasn't in the hotel. It was down the street in a restaurant. You got to pick a limited number of items from the menu for free, or get a discount off the rest of the breakfast menu. What was really disappointing was that they charged you for coffee! If you walked back to the hotel, you could get coffee for free at the snack room."

"The staff are unprofessional and never answer the phone. Zero amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee pot, no microwave.shower curtain stained, sheets stained. Homeless drug user sleeping in parking lot. Lots of local people reside at this hotel."
