"The first night was fantastic. Happy front desk that made us feel so welcome, clean hotel, modern rooms. A storm knocked out the power the second night which was a bummer but the hotel did not charge us for the nights stay. I will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was informative and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The upstairs bar/restaurant had great ambiance and the bartender was lovely. Our view of the Washington monument was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"My husband and I spent a few nights here for our 10 year anniversary. The resort was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed, the dining options, and the pool behind the spa. The river pool was a bit too crowded with children for us so we stayed away from that. The Mill was a great place for breakfast and lunch, and we enjoyed dinner at The James River Grille twice.
