"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. This Hyatt had only been open for about two weeks when I visited, and unfortunately it showed. My stay was prepaid through Expedia, so I expected a smooth experience. When I entered my first room, I found leftover pizza, wings, and drinks still in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The shower also had multiple strands of hair, making it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. I requested another...

Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). "I was only there for 1 night, but the staff was very friendly. Karen at the front desk was pleasant and Pam I believe her name was, helped me out when I came down for breakfast. Free breakfast is a plus. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool since I came in for an event but no complaints. The only thing was the hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as the water from the sink. I had to let the water run a little bit to get it to a temperature that wasn't too lukewarm."
