The only niggle would be the TV would be better if it was on a movable bracket as it's in the corner of the room and awkward to watch from the bed. "What a beautiful inn. It’s quiet and the staff are all very friendly. I stayed there one night and chose it because of its proximity to Kynren. It was about a 15 minute drive from their car park. So convenient! Especially when you’re getting out of the show at 11 o’clock at night. Their breakfast in the morning had lots of options, both hot and cold. I wish I could’ve stayed longer in the area."

The staff we dealt with were kind and professional even when fire alarms were going off in the morning the next day. "The County is a lovely old building in a good location opposite the train station. There is some expensive parking at the rear. The reception staff were very helpful. The junior suite was well fitted out although the curtains were difficult to close (as the room was so tall) so let light in from the sides. It was absolutely fine for a couple of nights but would have been a bit soulless for a longer period and more suited to someone attending a conference in one of the many rooms they had for...

"It was the uncomfortable bed/pillows, the fire alarm going off at 5am that wouldn't stop and the long power cut the next day when i needed to work that caused me to leave a bad review."

"Great hotel but NO parking which has to be said is a big minus point. I parked at Riverside Parking on recommendation of hotel but you have to pay using Ringo App but as far as I could see you cannot pay for 24 hours as your parking slot ends at 23.59 on the day. How you pay for more ‘god only knows?’ Not user friendly. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good although aircon seemed to go off around 10pm? Definitely got warmer then."
