"Hotel has a brilliant, central location and is only a short walk from the station. The hotel's service was excellent and all staff were lovely. Greeted at the door, taken to our room and shown the amenities and offered bookings both internally and externally. Room had a good range of premium tea and coffee, fresh milk and toiletries, too. Bed was big and comfy. Robes were provided too. Breakfast was delicious. We upgraded to a traditional full breakfast and the ingredients were great quality...

"We stayed in apartment 5 which is separate to the hotel but only a few minutes walk away. We were able to park outside the apartment in our own space (you need to turn into the apartment and go under the arch to find it) and on checkout they let us stay parked there until 3pm which gave us an extra 3 hrs to explore Chester. "We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent.
