El teléfono de contacto que aparece en Expedia no es el teléfono del hotel, cerraron a las 9 con cadena el hotel y nadie nos dio atención, nos quedamos sin hospedaje esa noche

El diseño es muy interesante, y provee muy buen valor por el dinero. La playa y el eapqcio abierto es sobresaliente. El diseño de las habitaciones es muy interesante. No recomiendoblos tubos para mas de una o dos noches, pues no tiene closets. El servicio fue terrible. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, pero no tenía información para hacer el checkin. Al hacer el checkout, no habia responsable alguno que nos diera la cuenta, asi que tuvimos que calcularla nosotros mismos y dejarla con un señor de mantenimiento. Incluso tuvimos que volver a recoger luego lo que habíamos dejado en resguardo, pues el señor de mantenimiento no tenía acceso al depósito. Esto retrasó nuestro viaje. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, muy recomendable... Pero aun no sé cuanto costó

Hotel distinto con 4 bungalows estilo igloos y 4 en tubo, todos con baño y ducha propios e invividuales. Personal super amable y buena ubicacion. Aunque no es dificil localizarlo, no es demasiado visible la 1a vez. Bastante cuidado con aire de naturaleza salvaje. En toda la zona no hay buenas playas, pero es buena opcion si visitas Chetumal. Se encuentra saliendo hacia Calderitas, 300 m despues de la rotonda de la universidad, a mano derecha. Pueden ofrecerte cena simple en el mismo bungalow. Buena opción. Puedes ver el cielo desde la cómoda cama del igloo ya que a petición te retiran la funda opaca superior quedando con otra transparente. Distinto, curioso y económico.

Magnifique vue sur la plage, beaucoup de hamacs pour se reposer, et la personne sur le site très accueillante. Cependant notre chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivé d'où la note pour le ménage.

El descanso

Si buscas un lugar para solo relajarte y no hacer nada, este sitio es perfecto para ti. Nosotros dormimos en una burbuja con vista al cielo, la verdad esta muy agusto eso si en el dia la burbuja hace efecto invernadero y se sofoca. En cuanto staff no hay muchas personas. En general el lugar esta bien.
