Nice hotel in bacalar! The breakfast was good as well and the staff was very helpful. The only bad thing is the lack of light in the room even with the light on but not a major issue. Would recommend as it is close to the lake and restaurants

Warm welcome at a friendly hotel

Warm welcome by the owner, who gave is a guide he wrote about Bacalar With all the hotspots And Nice restaurants but also practical tips. The sup Tour we booked by the hotel was also great!! Thanks for a great stay in Bacalar.

Stay well clear.

We checked in and then walked out, booking another hotel. It is not as described, with no restaurant, breakfast only between 9 and 10am, a very unpleasant looking pool, poor quality rooms and parking on broken ground to the side. Stay well clear.

The layout around the pool, where breakfast was served as well, was unique and inviting. They were super pushy about having to tip the staff a certain amount for serving breakfast. There were signs on every table about this. It wasn't possible to leave the key at the reception for whilst going swimming in the laguna, as the guy said he couldn't promise he's be there later on.

Internet was very bad, the tv wasn’t working at the beginning I told the reception and the answer was almost all the people who stay with us are from Europe and they don’t watch tv, only Americans like to watch tv eventually they came to fix the tv and not with the best actitud, also they offer parking and is only 4 spots and you have to use the street if you find something, they don’t allow you to bring your own drinks to the pool, the guy and owner at the reception wasn’t that friendly, breakfast was whatever the second day I ended up getting breakfast outside, also they give you instructions if you leave the room don’t leave any light, fan or a/c on at all and was not even a suggestion was almost like an order overall if I go back to bacalar I’ll stay on a different place

En cuanto ala estadía

Muy bien, solo que deberían varias su desayuno, deberían poner un rótulo en cuanto al cuido y uso de las toallas ya q no te las cambian diarios por el cuido ala laguna,pero uno que anda con niños y no sabe nada de eso deberían comentártelo al entrar al hotel,muy bonito el hotel ha pesar de ser pequeño cuanto con todo las comodidades. Sigo esperando un reembolso de unas cancelación que hice en mayo ya se cumplió un mes y me dicen que es la página que debe regresarme el dinero y la página dice que es el hotel , estaría agradecida si me ayudan a solucionarlo

No se hospeden aqui

Pague habitación doble y me dieron una sencilla con una cama sencilla y me cobraron mucho más de lo que acorde cuando lo escogimos. Se puede encontrar hoteles mucho mejor y con mejor servicio. Wi fi nunca trabajo, la TV nunca se conecto el agua esta super pesada de minerales porque obvio no tienen un suavisador. No lo recomiendo para nada!

La verdad me llevo mala experiencia, la tele no funcionaba, el internet medio malo (yo no lo utilizo pero otra persona si) se fue la luz no había agua, me tuve que bañar a cubetazos, sin ceros resolutivos los empleados (no es su culpa lo entiendo) pero en si no es una experiencia que quisiera volver a vivir, y tampoco es algo que recomendaría para futuras amistades.
