Nice location

Well situated near the beautiful malecon area and major shopping area. The rooms are comfortable but they don't provide face towels so bring your own. There is covered parking wirh security. The morning breakfast buffet was good. I woyld recommend.

Disappointing stay

Upon our arrival we had to wait an hour in the lobby. The air conditioner wasn’t at its maximum and the bed wasn’t very clean.

Rooms were a bit small and the pool area had no breeze or airflow. Couldn’t swim in the pool past 9. The coffee at breakfast was off. Something about it gave it a bad/old taste. Friendly staff and a great Starbucks inside with great baristas

Don't expect comfort

The regular rooms are tiny, very depressing. The room feels like a small box devoid of comfort. The bathroom also is tiny. There is NO water pressure for the shower and to flush the toilet. I upgraded to the "suite" because the regular room was so bad. I had to pay quite a bit more but at least there was some space. It is in a nice location, there is a coffee shop and parking. It is pet friendly with a fee. The free breakfast is not good :( The beds are not comfortable either. If you don't expect comfort and just need a place to sleep this hotel is an ok option.
