"Great view from room, friendly helpful staff, air con was great. Bed comfortable. Room was good. No major complaints. If I wanted to be picky fridge in room not very cold and not enough coffee and sugar in the room. Apart from that I definitely recommend and I will return again."

"The hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is convenient, but for foot passengers travelling with baggage, it's not so good. You have to walk a fair distance down a winding pathway, then push or pull your baggage up the hill for your return. When it is raining, this is very unpleasant. Not happy with this at all."

"It was excellent accommodation, in a relaxing setting, a visit from the goat was free entertainment, he was so friendly. The accommodation was modern and spotless and I will definitely be staying again on my next trip. Great stay all round!"

"I stayed at this for a few days of peace and quiet and not sure I could find a better place. The whole establishment was clean and a nice balance between retro and modern, which made it homely but also very comfortable. I stayed in one of the top floor rooms with new Veluxes, a shower with excellent hot water and comfortable towels. Breakfasts are delicious and well worth the price inclusion, and any issues I had were quickly sorted by the staff. If you're thinking of staying here, you can't go...

"Clean"

"The pub is an old building, therefore there are things that cannot be changed, so if you are a light sleeper and cannot use ear plugs this may not be for you. It was not an issue for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, we had one evening meal there, breakfast was perfect, they were very accommodating by tweaking the menu to what you prefer. Very close to the caves and gorge, easy to access other attractions."

"We have stayed here many times it is ideally located for our purpose of visiting Wells Glastonbury and Street We will definitely be returning as soon as we can."

"A terrible hotel which I will never visit again. The parking permit they provided did not work at the time of exit and I ended up paying around 60 pounds from my pocket. Despite sending repeated emails with the receipts, no response or refund yet!"

"Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside. Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey.."
