"Struttura accogliente, posizionata in una zona facilmente raggiungibile. Personale accogliente e molto cordiale. Ottima colazione!"

"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

"Highly recommend Away from the crowds in a quiet but cool neighborhood Staff were very welcoming and helpful- gave us recommendations to amazing coffee nearby and restaurants Room was small but very nice with everything you could possibly want - we will come back"

"Simply stunning. An unbelievable location. A spacious and well spec'd apartment in a fantastic spot overlooking the piazza. Everything you need and want to do within seconds of your door and balcony. Dreamy."

"Clean and spacious apartment. Very supportive staff. Pool was ok. Location was quite far (driving wise) from Siena because of speed limit - 35 minutes. Difficult drive in the dark - no lights on the way. Breakfast was minimal."

"Beautiful farmhouse with amazing sunsets in Tuscany. The house was one of a kind especially the decor! The sauna was not included in the price but it was worth paying for the upgrade. Very nice welcoming host!"

"Merci à Michele pour son accueil et la qualité de son hébergement. Tout était parfait. Localisation parfaite pour les Crete Sienese et Val d’Orcia. Très recommandé pour les familles. Nous reviendrons au Pozzo avec grand plaisir."

"Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

"The unit was amazing and very spacious! We had one issue, the dishwasher was filled with very dirty dishes and the crew did not wash them before we checked in. It was badly needed to be cleaned. No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early. In the...

"Everything looked perfect, sure we will go agan in the future."

"All Team members @ this Hotel were welcoming, professional & friendly. The Hotel has a restaurant on-site that provides you with a wonderful dining experience. We got upgraded on our arrival which was such a wonderful perk. Thank you to Palazzo Saloni & Montalcino for the wonderful memories!"

"Over all we enjoyed our stay here. Small parking underneath building, but made it work. Everything is within walking distance. And having the code to the room is a plus instead of walking around with a card. "
