"Everything was a 10/10. I was a bit upset that the lounge was at capacity because we pretty much booked our trip around the lounge being available and there was nothing on the app here stating that the lounge was not available so if that could be implemented, that would be great other than that the room service was amazing. Housekeeping was perfect. The views were beautiful. I will definitely be back. "

"Great hotel, large pool - although I wish it was a bit warmer for my liking. The hot sauna though was a nice addition ( there is no hut tub in the pool area). Large gym was also great- unbelievable views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier! "

"Great location, great restaurant and bar, well designed and comfortable room. We were given a room upgrade, discount on food and beverages and offered late checkout. The only two negatives were that one of the two elevators was out of order for the entire length of our stay which led to long lines. We also didn’t get our room cleaned until 5:30pm on Saturday despite multiple requests. The hotel did offer us a discount on our bill because of the inconvenience from the wait…"

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."
