"I absolutely loved this hotel and staff. Everyone was amazing. The front desk people were so helpful, called us tuk tuks, ordered in food for us. I wish i remembered his name but one of the guys spoke English and was awesome. The tuk tuks from hotel took only about 15 mins to get us. Santander street (all shopping, bars and restaurants) was like a 8 min ride away and a 30 min walk which we did a couple times. The view from the hotel was absolutely insane. "Everyone was so nice and attend. Kudos to the staff that carry the luggage to the rooms. Daniel watched our luggage until the boat arrived. I chose the right place to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. The only hip up was that my sister and husband couldn’t stay with us because it has too many steps to reach the restaurant and rooms. Other than that it’s the ideal place for people in good health to enjoy the lake and the property. "

"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "
