"Excelentes instalaciones, todo limpio y en orden, solo agregaría algunas habitaciones con Aire Acondicionado para los que no podemos dormir en calor."

"in its day it was probably a great hotel, but now its lost its appeal. We arrived and we were given a non alcoholic drink during the check in. The elevator is down a set of stairs, no one offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in a suite Room 1444, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room and that there was no mini bar. Our stay included free breakfast which was the the neighboring hotel - The Sheraton which is connected. We arrived at 9:00 am, it was a complete gong show, most of the bowls were empty, and the area was packed, took 10 mins to get a coffee. The hotel says there is a free shuttle to the airport, what they don't tell you is the shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Would I stay here again - probably not, it was ok for 2 nights."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. We checked in and the A/C of our room was not working. They immediately changed our room at our request. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We stayed for lunch at the restaurant of the hotel and it was even better. I would recommend it without hesitation"
