"This was my 3rd stay in less than a year at this apartment. The apartment lobby is very beautiful and the building has many amenities for use. The area is very safe with Olympica grocery near by. The transmelno ( bus system) is 7 min walk but using Uber is very easy. The apartment itself is a 2 level loft with 1.5 baths, walk-in closet, washer / dryer combo and full kitchen and is very quiet. I highly suggest this apartment. It’s worth every penny!"

"I was never sent the check-in details to get inside the building nor the rental unit, therefore I was charged while never having access. I tried getting in contact with property manager, which then replied hours after the check in time that he was never notified by Hotels about my booking and suggested I should report this issue. Then I get in contact with customer support, I was assigned Seif (agent) who promised will request a refund to the property directly; however, I haven't been notified...
