"I was there for four nights and my room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or wash clothes. The sheets were really thin and pulling off the mattress .Three feet of the vinyl baseboard in my room was peeled off and laying the floor. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The hot tub jets were shooting above the water level. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns and Suites over the years and was always happy with my stay. No more!"

"There were so many flies in the room, in the bathroom, in the bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to find flies on my face. Morning I woke up and realized I slept on flies, found flies in the bed, on the pillow, dead. They should spray some insecticides."

"The room was not very clean. Lights very dim. There was an ice bucket but no ice in the whole place. The Arbys next door was glad to give us ll the ice we needed at no charge, they said this happens alot. The next morning the breakfast was not good. When we went to checkout, no one working to complain to."
