"The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. "Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably!
