"Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else."

"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

Due to an availability we were upgraded to a slightly larger room with a lovely balcony and view. She recommended restaurants and even sent us with a to go breakfast snack due to our early check out. "The apartment was very nicely decorated, located in a quiet area, but only 10-15 minutes away from the Shopping street, Via Toledo. Martha was very helpful. She helped to reserve the taxi for us because we had to leave for the airport at 5 AM. Suggestion: please give the code to ring the door bell for the property in the check in instruction."
