"The property was perfect for our needs!! Our daughter is doing a study abroad with SJU. It was a 10-minute walk. Perfect location. Very close to everything. Great local restaurants steps away. I guess I was unprepared to have it be on a third floor apartment. At the time they had scaffolding around the building as well. Which was not their fault of course. Walking in we were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the setup was. They had coffee and tea which was available throughout the day. And...

"We spent 6 days here while visiting Rome, and we could not be happier with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with daily housekeeping. The AC was wonderful. The bathroom was very modern, and this may have been the hottest shower I have ever enjoyed. The staff was courteous and professional. There are only 6 rooms and very homey. "My husband and I had an amazing time. The location was ideal. Very close to excellent shopping and restaurants but one street back from the main streets so that it was so quiet. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and the breakfast was just perfect to start your day. We will always stay here when we visit Rome "

"Spent 3 nights in Rome at Luxury on the River. Excellent location as a short walk over the bridge brings you to where you want to be in Rome. Walked everywhere and felt safe at all times. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Luisa at reception was helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. Room was quaint, very clean and amenities excellent ( espresso in room first thing in the morning a hit) . Looking forward to a two night stay on our way home! "

"Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal in balans. Te veel personeel in bar en restaurant met te weinig toezicht. Erg rumoerige barruimte, met geluidsoverlast tot op de kamer. Uitzicht vanuit kamers is slecht. "

"This is definitely not your typical hotel…we had a hard time getting in the building bc it’s not a hotel it’s actually like an apartment complex. The room was inside of an actually suite. We had a hard time communicating with someone bc remember this is not a hotel so no personal assistant. The room was okay and clean, central area but I will not consider this for another stay."
