"The Four Points Flex hotel is a wonderful property. It is incredibly convenient to the Yokohama Station and is tucked away on a very lively street. I will definitely stay here again on my future trips to this area of Japan."

"The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station."

"The amenities were good and good location, but the temperature inside was way too hot making it hard to sleep. Also wish the lounge had some more space."

"Although the view was amazing, the room was dirty with lots of dust and the sheets were yellowish. My eyes were puffy and my throat hurt as a result of dry and dirty air. I requested extra towels and they asked me to go downstairs to pick it up, which I thought was disgraceful. The lovely night receptionist brought me an humidifier to alleviate the dryness. Not impressed. "
