Had many amenities in the lobby like coffee, single use toiletries, and towels. Check in/check out was very quick and easy with kiosk with staff ready to help. Two restaurants in the building with many more nearby. Great value!

Great stay at JR-EAST Hotel Mets Yokohama

The receptionists are very helpful attending to queries and great service from the staffs. The room cleanliness is great and top notch. Good range of amenities to choose from. There’s a detailed instruction to navigate to the hotel for first time travellers, and an alternative path with direct access to Yokohama Station B1 from NEWoMan level 3 if bringing luggages. Would stay again if visiting Yokohama next time.

My stay here was excellent, the staff were super accommodating and the location was really convenient. Room was nice and clean too, but I took off a star because the AC unit was leaking onto the floor.

It’s a hotel. The rooms are clean, the showers are hot, and it’s next to a train station. Absolutely mid but if you’re not expecting a luxury spa hotel, it works well.

Highly recommended

If compared with another 4-star hotel after visit to this hotel, I would say this hotel is far more satisfying. Everything is new and modern, staff was nice and the breakfast in the opposite restaurant provided was excellent. The breakfast was in both japanese and a few of western style. The Japanese breakfast food were really good. Walking to station is easy and near, but please ask people around where the connecting bridge is. Overall is very good and I would recommend to you all.

A very comfy hotel in Yokohama

Convenient location connected to the JR East station, large room for Japan (superior double) and bed was definitely large enough for two tall adults. It was super quiet - could not hear any noise from the street below. It seems to be a new hotel, very clean and modern. Good breakfast as well. It's a bit challenging finding it from the station, as there are so many exits and shops. But once you know where it is, it's a great location.

I liked the reception staff. They were friendly. Check in was easy. The room was modern. All the info was on the tv. Easy to see amenities etc. Close to train station. Breakfast was good. Impressed by how modern everything was. I think this is a good hotel if you are in transit.

Clean, modern, relaxing best quality at low price

The experience is was excellent in general. The room is small but has all the facilities you need to refresh and take time to rest for yourself. The hygiene is excellent and I feel the room is clean, bright and modern. The amenities were also in high quality. I like the Bath salt they provided for guest for free which was relaxing especially I am on a long trip across Japan. Staff at front desk is helpful and knowledgeable about the good places to eat around. This place is excellently located and you will never run out of places to eat as there are several 24 hours restaurants in 10 mins walk.
