"Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley."

"Great place to stay in AC. Really nice, with very helpful staff. Ideally located. Unfortunately Expedia advertises it as having a river view, but you are actually behind the train tracks. Quiet, nice, and would recommend for family and friends."

"The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes."

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral und bietet einiges an Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit warmen Decken ausgestattet. Das Bad hat schön heißes Wasser. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird speziell für einen auf Wunsch zubereitet. Einen Stern Abzug weil die Fenster verzogen sind und sich dadurch nicht komplett schließen lassen. Dadurch war es insbesondere nachts sehr laut."

"Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!"

"Super cool bed and breakfast! The staff was awesome and incredibly attentive to us. Be prepared to climb some serious flights of stairs but it is worth it for the views of the rooms buried in the jungle on the side of a mountain!"

"You cannot get more central in terms of location. Right at the end of the street from the train station and only a couple of blocks from the main plaza and the key archeological sites. The balcony rooms overlook the river and the rooms are very spacious. The included breakfast makes for an easy start to your day. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sol Ollantay."

"Be prepare if not speak Spanish. Hotel all staff is no speak English not one word but they are trying to understand you just smiling if you ask anything they don't have no idea. Also it's very small hotel bed is not comfortable at all showers anything don't expect anything over there .we was very much tired I don't have not much choice just stayed. Bc I can't communicate if you trying to communicate with them just waste your time better go to sleep."

"In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location."

"We had an amazing stay in Ollantaytambo. The staff were incredible. The property is located a few minutes walk from the plaza and there is almost no noise from the street. Secluded with great views of ruins and the surrounding valley. Would absolutely stay again if back in Ollantaytambo."

"We made the mistake of booking two "Street View" rooms which turned out to be directly above the train tracks. There is no form of sound proofing so we were awakened anytime a train went past. We were willing to pay for a transfer to the quieter "River View" rooms but the hotel was fully booked so we had to just stick it out."
