"Clean room, friendly staff, even put us in a bigger room. Lobby is a mess."

"Breakfast included means donuts and coffee at the check in lobby. I guess it’s considered breakfast since it’s food. Property was very low end. Smoke detector missing from ceiling, the wires were hanging down from where it should have been. And the mini fridge had deli meat in it from a previous guest. If there’s obvious issues like that who knows what else was wrong if I actually looked for issues. Luckily just stayed one night and survived. "

"Our stay was great. The rooms are clean and reflect the antique nature of the inn. It is warm and inviting. The inn keep is wonderful. Looking forward to following the renovations. "

"Front Desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the breakfast staff. Room was a bit more worn from the past 2 times I've stayed there, but still acceptable."

"My room was clean and the location was convenient for my travels to Rhode Island. I do believe the building could benefit from a facelift on the outside, and there is really no security whatsoever. The front desk was mainly unattended while I was there and there is no key card or anything to prevent non-guests from entering the property through the front door and right through another door to the !st floor of guest rooms. This made it feel a bit unsafe for me traveling alone."
