"We arrived at the hotel early and we were able to check in at 11am. Staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean, beds are comfortable and the location is walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do. The only downside is that for the price of the rooms, they do not offer a continental breakfast or hot breakfast."

"This was a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was close to many attractions and transit. There was a Starbucks just off the lobby without even having to go outside. The pool was great for the kids as it was only 3ft deep. The kids also loved the fish in the lobby and the staff gave them fish food to feed them every day. The hotel offered us bottled water and also had umbrellas for us to use. The restaurant was a little pricey so we chose not to eat there but lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby."

"Pod was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was basic. Made a lot of new friends! I think it’s just a matter of people cleaning up after themselves in the dining area and washrooms are okay. Shower area is definitely small but there are hooks to put ur belongings onto. They provide shampoo, shower gel as well. :)"

"The room had a comfortable bed, fridge, microwave and good shower. The floors and walls were white, and it smelled like things had been sanitized with a bleach solution. That was quite welcome because much of the downtown area had filthy sidewalks coated in dog waste and worse. Not really an area for the faint of heart, but there are a variety of good restaurants nearby, situated in older houses that made it a nice looking time capsule. Very good value compared to other hotels in the downtown Toronto area, walkable with easy public transit. Nothing fancy, save for the gigantic waterfall showerhead, think bare lightbulbs and no fancy toiletries, but I find things like daily housekeeping and bottled water intrusive and wasteful. I would stay there again."
