"Paris was a a great hotel. It was clean and the location is fantastic. Check in and check out were difficult with the long lines and even using the kiosk we had to get into a line. Getting out of the parking garage was difficult because the room keys weren’t working. Every time we had to push the call button and wait until someone lets us out. We noticed it happening with many other cars as well.
Otherwise (and those are minor inconveniences) we loved it!!! We will absolutely stay at Paris...
