"The staff was extremely friendly when we arrived from our cancelled flight. The leadership team gave us an additional $100 for dining because of our long flight with nothing to eat. I appreciate everyone for their hospitality."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
