"A great hotel 5 minutes from the main Plaza. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. They provide a packed lunch if you are going for day tours which usually leave very early. The rooms are spotless and there's always plenty of hot water. The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. We used their recommended tour agent Kati and she was wonderful . Highly recommended hotel I can't say enough good things about Casa Kantu"

"hotel is terrible. rude staff, my room over looked the restaurant and it was extremely loud until almost 11am and then again at 5 am. when they tried to move me to a different room they took me to 2 rooms that were actually occupied then one that was just as loud, then called my room after 10pm to offer another room and at that point it was too late for me. the location is also awful. not worth what they are charging. i stay in cusco often and stayed here based on the high reviews and was...

So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

"The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner."
