"We recently stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. "This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back "

"Such a great hotel. We booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of hot options and a nice dining room. We will stay here again for sure."

"After walking all the way to the gym and not being able to access it, I went to the desk and was told I needed a different key. That may be something that should be covered at check in. And when sitting in the lobby, enjoying the view or fireplace, the front desk staff may want to consider talking more quietly among themselves as the sound really travels throughout the space.
