"Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here."

"Close to the beach and night market. Quiet location with little traffic. Great pool. Kitchenette area very good"

"The unit is small ,the sofa height in the living room was for kids not for adults, no light in the kitchen AC smells mold. 1set of sheets (i had to pay extra for another set)no parking sticker for the motorbike (you had to pay)tv program was poor They did come to clean the ac but not the kitchen light "
