"Air conditioning did not work but the room was really hot, you couldn't open the windows apart from a crack due to safety locks so hotel room was really hot. Building works on my floor so the area smelt of paint, coming down the stairs from floor 2 the paint isn't finished off needs all cutting ..."

"The bed room was nice and clean ,beds comfy, staff were excellent Archie our dog got spoilt as usual there was a bed in the room for him as well as 2 bowls for food and water on a waterproof mat which I thought was a nice touch ,breakfast was an open buffet was ok"
