"The shower would not get hot at all, so we had to ask for maintenance on a shower. It took a day to get it fixed. We loved the restaurant in the hotel and had a great menu, happy hour, food/drinks. We never used the pool because we were out doing other things, but it looked very nice. We would stay at the Chart House again. Great location."

Almost every employee we encountered was wonderful. Too many people jammed into a small area for the pool, and the beach is ridiculously crowded with those from Opal Sands also sharing the same beach. "

"Nice place, clean rooms comfy bed. Pool area is awesome boats pass by constantly and several dolphins. On site restaurant is on the water nice outside sitting area but our food was not good and we waited an hour for our drinks to come- 15 min after our food! Waitress was very apologetic and took the drinks off our bill."
