"Quiet small little chapel in courtyard. Swimming pool on property. Beautiful views and great dinner on terrace. Close to bus stop to main Lugano station. Wanted to stay an extra night but they were sold out. Wonderful stay."

"Saknade en trevlig bar/uteplats, pool eller åtminstone en brygga man kunde bada ifrån. Tråkig frukost, ingen äggröra eller bacon utan mest torrt bröd och kallt kaffe. De försökte men behöver nog lite hjälp att fräscha upp hotellet. Saknade även plats att hänga badkläder på tork samt flytande schampo i duschen."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...

"We had a great stay ! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone is friendly. The breakfast is amazing . Ferry is just few steps from the hotel . The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Our room is clean and the view of the lake is priceless ."

"Die Unterkunft liegt in den Bergen, bis zum See runter sind es so ca. 15-20min. Straßen sind eng und steil aber mit jedem herkömmlichen PKW machbar. Parken am Hof ist auch kein Problem. Der Bauernhof bietet einen spektakulären Blick über ein Tal und Berge. Die Ferienwohnung sind rustikal aber liebevoll gestaltet. Der Zimmerservice kommt tgl. Und leistet gute Arbeit. Für Kinder hätten wir uns noch etwas mehr Beschädigungen gewünscht, einen Spielplatz oder Fläche um Ball zu spielen. Es gibt zwar...
