"Wonderful building and gardens, with nice and quiet surroundings. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We didn't use the more formal restaurant but the bar provided good dining options. Breakfast was good too and the restaurant looks amazing. A very enjoyable stay, we will definitely come back again if we get the chance"

"Lovely hotel and a very pleasant stay overall. Only downside was that the air con didn't seem to work very well and I don't believe the window opened. I was boiling during the night! Amazing being able to use the spa and pool in the morning, it was £10 which is very reasonable but it would've been nice if it had been included in the hotel cost as a guest perk. We had an accessible room which wasn't necessary but it was nice and spacious. Some of the amenities in the toilet looked a little...

"This was a great last minute find, 40 mins from Gatwick and great staff, from check in, to bar service and check out. Family room was more than big enough for two adults and a child of 11. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. Breakfast was simple but enough, continental style help yourself but was good too. Will stay here again whether using Heathrow or Gatwick. Many thanks to all the staff"

"Room not that clean. Bathroom fan didn't work. Some mold on bathroom. Smoke alarm went off early in AM. False alarm. Overall property in disrepair. Staff disinterested. First time staying at a Premier Inn and probably my last. "

"The room was clean and very convenient as it had an external door to the car park. The room was too hot, not helped by the towel radiator which always on. Not needed when the weather outside was 25⁰C. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast in the moving of our departure which set us up for the rest of the day."
