"This was a great last minute find, 40 mins from Gatwick and great staff, from check in, to bar service and check out. Family room was more than big enough for two adults and a child of 11. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. Breakfast was simple but enough, continental style help yourself but was good too. Will stay here again whether using Heathrow or Gatwick. Many thanks to all the staff"

"There are 2 things to consider with this property, it is remote and there are a lot of stairs. This is a beautiful property and the staff is excellent."

"Really convenient location in South Terminal. Very handy for an early morning flight or after arriving on a late evening flight. The breakfast is excellent, lots of choices."

"It was a bit dark throughout the hotel and in the room but that was the aesthetic. The AC didn’t stay on so it was hot but I figured it out in the morning. Restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. Not a bad stay if you’re looking for a convenient location to Gatwick."

"Staff were friendly and helpful . The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the ac didn't cool the room as much as id like. So convenient to just walk out in the morning and go straight to departures. Will definitely stay again next time I'm flying from Gatwick"
