"We love the Aparthotel Stare Miasto in Kraków. This time, we brought another couple with us, and they were delighted as well. Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."

Everything was handled seamlessly, which immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the whole trip. A huge shout-out to Monika and Prince, along with the entire Sheraton Grand team. Their hospitality truly elevated my stay and made it feel special from start to finish. The location is unbeatable - right beside Wavel Castle and within perfect walking distance of everything you need to see and do in Kraków. Whether exploring the Old Town, dining by the river, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a better base. "Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels we’ve stayed in, this is the best so far."
