"Breakfast was nice, staff was great. Atmosphere the best. Will note that the bathroom was a bit dirty; shower curtain yellow, toilet seat half attached and stains on wall. That aside, nice beds and very comfy."

"The main strength of this place is the location, minutes from a line A tube station, several bus stops and any kind of shops or eateries you might need, all in a not tourist overrun area. The structure itself consists of a repurposed flat on the 4th floor of a large building. "The room was very small but got the job done. INTENSE amount of black mould in the bathroom, like the housekeeper came in to clean it and it was still nauseating to shower in there. Overall, it was okay for the 2 nights we had in Rome but I would splurge a bit more if you want to actually unwind and feel cozy in your room. Also it’s around a 25+ minute walk from main sights, so keep that in mind."
