"Beautiful hotel with so friendlly staff where ever you meet them in the property. The hotel is attached to a big mall-Pondok Indah Mall with lots of good restaurants. The breakfast menu at Sugar & Spice is so many and delicious with attentive waiters/waitresses--one of them is RISQI who served me diligently during my 5 days stay. I'll be staying again at this hotel."

"Clean and comfy. The room was quite big and comfortable though the lighting inside the room could be better. There was 2 dining options in the hotel and quite a range of options walking distance. It is one of the hotel that is quite convenient if you are not driving, there are bus stop and MRT station just on the main road. "

"My wife and I were impressed when we stayed at the Shangri-La in Cebu and therefore we decided to book another Shangril-La for a brief stay in Jakarta.
