Hotel Best Western di Cincinnati Riverfront

"The hotel room was clean and bed was super comfy. The issue we had was, there was a little league baseball tournament going on. The hotel was packed with kids running around like it was playland. The fire alarm was set of multiple times causing everyone to leave their rooms. We couldn't really use the pool or hot tub due to the fact it was packed with kids horsing around all the time. I know this is not the hotels fault. As for the breakfast it was the most basic breakfast you would expect....

"Very nice breakfast selection. Several things in the room were an issue. Vanity light was off. Floor lamp was off. My bed was not made up in the morning. Desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great pool. A/c was comfortable. And the red message light would not go out for 3 days. Desk said it was a problem in all the rooms"
