"Staff was not very informative as to why price on total from expedia and price being charged was double. Then told me one price and put thru a completely different price on my card. As all this was happening 2 people where attempting to steal the bikes outside of hotel which staff had to leave to deal with as no one else available. When tried to cancel room staff not very helpful and told me that unable to cancel then was able to cancel. Was very confused as customer and not impressed"

"Front staff said less than 20 words to me, the room had a funny odor to it. It wasn't an awful stay but it used to be better"

"The room was clean and well organized, but could use some improvements regarding the hot water and water pressure. The shower in the evening was between lukewarm and cold which made it slightly unpleasant. The staff were welcoming and happy to assist with any questions I had, which deserves recognition as it was very busy while we were there."

The debit machine was not working, and I was told to go to the hotel next door for cash or use a credit card. The front desk service was unfriendly, which created a poor first impression and affected the hotel’s reputation."

"The hotel was undergoing maintenance and repairs; the carpets were dirty, and the elevators were unreliable. The swimming pool was also under repair. Breakfast was à la carte."
