"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"The hotel was not as clean as I expected for a hotel in Switzerland. The shower especially, had signs of mold from less-than-careful cleaning. There was a very large group of non-Swiss tourists that arrived late in the evening, who were extremely noisy (yelling, slamming doors) until almost midnight, at which point I asked them to be considerate of other guests trying to sleep. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."
