"We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...

"The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it...

"Clean and spacious rooms. Pool area was clean. Rude receptionist, she had a a lot of attitude & not willing to help, all her answers were short & clipped. Don't expect to get a room before check-in (4pm), I got there at 2:30 & wasn't allowed to check in until 4, I was told yo come back later. If you have parking troubles she, the receptionist,is no help she directs you to the street and suggests you scan a QR code or figure it out with the valet. Asked for help with the TV that wasn't working in...

"Breakfast was really good, rooms were well equipped and great location. Andie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My only small complaint is that the pillows are not very comfortable but a small thing compared to all the good qualities of the hotel . "

"The rooms have a table top ironing board, which maybe a child’s shirt would fit on. Iron itself was messed up, had to request a new one. One of our towels was shredded/tearing apart all along the edge - not sure how housekeeping wouldn’t have noticed when folding. TV was not a smart TV and had limited options. Shower was so small, I am not sure how an oversized person would even fit in there. And on top of all of the above, we were given a key to someone else’s room when checking in. I entered...

"We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room...

"Everything was great! The location is not a walking location to anywhere. Its a but farther away"

"The shower head pointed straight ahead. I could not reach it so had to use a hanger. Then it pointed to the wall. Very hard to shower. "
