"The hotel was clean inside. Outside of the hotel we encountered a homeless man urinating on the sidewalks right after we checked in. I was frightened for our safety because of this. There was no parking on site and we had to pay to park close by. The area we parked in was dark and smelled of urine. "

It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have."

"The staff was very nice. Wasn't crazy about the room's floor plan. The placement of the desk doesn't make sense. I know it is to divide the room but the pole at the end of the desk cuts off the view of the TV and the placement of the couch is also odd. Other than the floor plan, my stay was good."

"This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!"
