"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. "The room was excellent. I really liked the fridge and freezer, the elements to be able to cook food and being so close to Costco was definitely a highlight. The only thing was that the bed was quite hard and too firm which hurt mine and my husband’s backs. The spa is excellent! One of the best that I’ve been to at a hotel. The breakfast was okay, I have seen and had better options before. All and all a very clean tidy property."

"I booked a King Bed Studio with Kitchen through Expedia for my family. When I arrived to check in, Rosey and Clarita told me that the room I booked was not available and only a smaller room with a smaller bed was available. What disappointed me most was that nobody informed me before arrival. If the hotel could not honor the room type I reserved, they should have contacted me so I could have made other arrangements for my family. Saying that Expedia did not provide guest information does not...
