"The room was clean and had the perfect temperature all the time! The breakfast was delicious and had many options for people that have any dietary restrictions. Although, the elevator was always busy despite having three elevators. I always found myself waiting 10-15 minutes sometimes just to get to the lobby and leave. It’d be awesome if they had a dinner or lunch menu for those rainy or unpredictable new york days. Otherwise, it was amazing and the location was accessible to everything."

"We booked 2 double rooms for 7 nights . On of the rooms smelled a lot like cigarette, so we asked to change. They couldn't accommodate us on the same floor, so we dealt with it. The hotel could use more cleaning and maintenance. The rooms have musty scent. Also they never mentioned to you that on the 16th floor there's a lounge where you can get free coffee water soda juice snacks fruits and even grab for on the go. Overall I don't think we'll stay here again."

"What a great hotel! Would definitely stay again. We got a room with a private bath, and the price was still very affordable compared to anything else we could find in the area. The rooms are small, but very well maintained. The shared baths are still private rooms, just shared with the rest of the floor (rather than communal-style baths shared with multiple people at once) which we thought was great.
