"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"It was our 3rd time staying here and we continue to like it a lot. Very conveniently located hotel. Rooms are decent size for NYC. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff does an amazing job of making sure all items are well stocked and guest tables cleaned and made available quickly. Hats off to them! My only peeve is that I can never land the same good deal I get on Expedia through the Hyatt App, for this hotel. I miss out on earning Hyatt points but Expedia ends up getting a much...

"I really loved how clean and spacious the room was. We also got a very nice view on the 20th floor. They let us check in early so if you’re a little early I would definitely ask. I also really liked that the elevator only worked with your key card."
