"On arrival greeting was disorganised... The room needed some big tlc...bathroom wasnt good.. Breakfast..what can i say..No one to meet us..outside door was open and really cold..so we just sat down..about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there and that was by a staff member that had just walked in.. Looked at breakfast menu..then was told the wrong menu as we were guests..and then started hoovering around us.."

"Lovely pub and very nice room looking over the water and the nearby marina with a big comfortable bed and beautiful spacious bathroom. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The weather was very ‘British’ (wet and windy!) during our short stay, so we loved the cosy ambience of the bar and the beautiful open fire. "We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture.
