"Our TV didn't work. I told the receptionist upon departure and she asked what room...... that was it"

"Rooms clean and quiet with plenty of AC and USB outlets. Breakfast was standard but good. Desk service fast and friendly."

"We liked this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had good breakfast choices including cheesy omelette, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. We used the pool and the gym as well which were both clean."

"Rugs in the room need to be DEEP CLEAN!! The cabinets need to be fixed as well. Toilet should had been cleaned. Hallways smell like SH**Or Musty. Overall- the room space was amazing. Love the kitchen area and the door that divide the rooms. Refrigerator was clean along w the kitchen supply items. "

"One of my go to for personal time away. Amenities are good, free breakfast, Black and Blue Restaurant onsite and near by Mall and restaurant within walking distance. Enjoy!"

"Stay: wed- sat. The room was only tended to 1 time. The cleaner used the bathroom and left body hair on the commode. We walked into a room that smelled so bad. I was grossed out when I saw the hair on the seat. Also, a new unopened bag of m&ms were opened by them and they helped themselves to it. Facility was close the the facility that was hosting the conference at UMass."

"Close to downtown Lowell. Had to request bedding for sofa-bed despite having 3 adults listed on reservation. Would have helped to have that ready in the room."

"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"Property was going through repairs. Lobby person seemed a little too engaged with staff members discussing the next days work schedule while we waited to be checked in. When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is another elevator near the lobby that we could have used but she didn’t seem...

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They truly wanted to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was great every day."

"This was one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It felt more like a temporary spare bed than a proper hotel bed, and every movement from one person would immediately wake the other. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. Given the level of comfort provided, the price was extremely difficult to justify. The rates seemed heavily inflated due to the World Cup, and the overall experience...
