Upon cleaning our room, they took all the dirty towels but never replaced them with clean ones, nor did they replace the toilet paper or tissue - we had to make several calls to front desk and the front desk with quick with those items. The bartenders were the worst and they were one thing that attracted us to the property based on prior reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, with ocean views.
