"I stayed here two nights and it was super comfortable. I lived in a provided bathrobe basically the entire time I was on the property. It’s definitely quiet and for quiet guests as it’s an older property. I really enjoyed the charm and especially the proximity to the Nelson Atkins museum. My room had an adorable wood burning fireplace that is available for guest use but I opted for the radiator space heater that was in the closet. "The check in time is listed as 4pm, but in very small print down below it is 4-6pm. They do not have an electonic key pad check in like every other place we have stayed. If you miss this window they may let you check in later but can (and did for us) cancel our entire weekend stay and they kept all of our money. They would not even let us check in the next day. "
