"Historical Inn with stunning architecture surrounded by a serene environment….if you have a flare for the complete opposite of cookie cutter, this is the place. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. A major plus, great wine too!!! Look up the history….super unique. You can sit on the porch, drinking your coffee and enjoy the deer frolicking on the lawn every morning. Wonderful experience!!"

Everything about this property was top notch except the parking could be a bit challenging even for a midsize car due to very narrow and limited parking corridor. "It was like staying in an 1800's Victorian Maison with everything but servants. They did have modern amenities. The place is so large that you hardly saw the other guests. The house cat Root beer was very friendly when you did see her. While you have to fix your own breakfast the kitchen is modern and well equipped and available for use all day. "Well maintained restored building in a small town. Clean and safe. Shops and eateries on Main St closed early so had to drive back to the interstate to find a place open. Pretty area, looks like shops are working to improve exteriors and there is a feeling of history and community."
