"Robert was a fun and welcoming host. Dubuque in February was not a super-lively place but we made the most of it. Construction across the street woke us around 7 am, making the 8 am do-or-die breakfast schedule understandable. The building is a living and breathing treasure. We enjoyed the video souvenir of our stay."

"The inn is beautiful, with many nice touches. The room was clean and stylish.
Barb & Jeff were delightful... super friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and they made sure that everyone's dietary issues were addressed. They clearly love what they're doing.
The absolute only negative was that there is a train crossing nearby and the train horn awakened us a few times.
We would definitely be back if we're ever in the...
